- Passwords are stored using one-way hashing — never in plain text.

- Sensitive money movements (withdrawals, transfers) are protected with one-time verification codes.

- Sellers on the materials marketplace go through verification before listings go live.
- Payments are handled through regulated payment providers, and order funds follow the fulfilment terms shown at checkout.
- We are expanding buyer/seller dispute mediation and KYC checks as the marketplace scales.

Anti-fraud & material verification
- Recycling rewards are based on weights verified by trained, verified agents.
- We monitor for irregular activity and may review or hold transactions that look fraudulent.

Environmental & reporting standards
- We are building impact measurement (CO₂ avoided, materials diverted) grounded in transparent calculation factors.
- Formal ESG reporting and third-party assurance for enterprise customers are on our roadmap.
