1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using EcoGreenZest — including recycling pickups, drop-offs, the rewards wallet, the Eco Shop and the materials marketplace — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
These terms apply to individual (ordinary) users, recycling agents, and business or enterprise accounts. Some features have additional role-specific terms presented when you use them.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping it up to date. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
3. Recycling pickups and rewards
Rewards are calculated from the verified weight and type of materials collected by a verified agent or at a drop-off point. Verified amounts are final once confirmed.
Reward balances are held in your in-app wallet and may be spent on the Eco Shop or withdrawn subject to the withdrawal terms shown in the app. Coverage areas, material types and reward rates may change over time.
4. Marketplace transactions
The materials marketplace connects buyers and sellers of recovered materials. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings; buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before ordering.
Orders, offers, fulfilment and payments are coordinated through the platform according to the terms shown at the point of each transaction. EcoGreenZest may mediate disputes but is not a party to the underlying contract between buyer and seller unless expressly stated.
5. Payments and wallet
Payments and payouts are processed through our payment providers. You authorise us to process transactions you initiate. Certain money movements require additional verification (such as a one-time code) before they complete.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to defraud the rewards system, submitting false material weights, disrupting the service, or infringing the rights of others.
7. Privacy and data
Your use of EcoGreenZest is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
